GAMBIT MUSIC GROUP AND BAYSIDE DISTRIBUTION RELEASE FIRST NATIONAL PROJECT TOGETHER

Singer/songwriter Lisa Weyerhaeuser’s "Life On Earth" Bows Tomorrow

 

 

Gambit Music Group has partnered with Bayside Music Distribution to carry its product to retail outlets nationwide, beginning with Lisa Weyerhaeuser's Life On Earth CD that releases this week.

 

Bayside is a full-service, national distributor of independent music and video labels. Founded over 27 years ago, the company has developed an industry-wide reputation as the best-known niche specialist distributor. Operating from an impressive 135,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility, Bayside represents and distributes over 150 independent labels.  Gambit Music Group’s owner, Bill Deaton, felt the partnership was the right fit.

So far, the union has been a good one.  The Life On Earth CD is being carried in Best Buy stores, Tower Records, Barnes & Noble as well as various on-site music marketplaces, including CD Universe.

 

Additionally, Weyerhaeuser's CD is already receiving attention in various print media, including CCM Magazine which will run a feature review in their September issue.  Weyerhaeuser will also be promoting the CD on various national television shows.  In addition to her singing/songwriting abilities, Weyerhaeuser is a professional counselor with Master Degrees in both counseling and religion; she served as professor of Adolescent Psychology at the prestigious Trinity University near Chicago; she is also a pastor's wife of a large church in northern Illinois.  Life On Earth is Weyerhaeuser's fourth solo recording, but her first national release.
